Latest News: 02/05/08: Over £10,000 donated in one month

To all of those people who have generously contributed to the SPLAT appeal, we send our sincere thanks and gratitude.  It is another re-assuring result, over £10,000 donated during the month of April as we commence our fighting fund campaign for the pending public inquiry.

We recently submitted our Statement of Case for the public inquiry (date to be confirmed), based on the substantiated issues wholly developed by local residents.

However, to prepare for, present and be cross examined at the public inquiry requires technical expertise and legal advice which has an associated cost.  We cannot let the mega depot developer win just because they invest more money during the appeal.  If you have yet to make a donation, please act today, every pound will strengthen our cause donate here > or for alternative methods to donate please contact us by email >
 

Don’t leave it to someone else, if we lose the legal battle and have a noisy, traffic generating 24 x 7 mega depot on our doorstep the repercussions for us, the environment and future generations will be devastating.
